Used for testing the friction in orthodontic wires.  Adaptable to any universal testing machine.

The brackets are aligned and glued to a PMMA base outside the device and then fixed to the device and tensioned.

A bracket attached to the load cell holds the wire and pulls it through the test.

It has an X axis adjustment.
