Used for 45º shear or 45º fracture tests on dental materials such as intraradicular posts, mini implants, restored incisor teeth, among others.

Technical features:


  • It has a 45º angle and can be adapted to any model of testing machine
  • It can be used with samples embedded in 20 and 25 mm standards (adapter included)
  • Made from stainless steel and anodized aluminium
  • Supplied with two actuators, one wedge-shaped and the other with a 2 mm spherical tip
  • It has X-axis adjustment to make it easier to position the sample in relation to the actuator
