Produced in hard metal (tungsten carbide), the 400 series matrices feature high hardness and durability combined with high dimensional accuracy (0.005 mm) with mirror-polished internal faces. Compressive strength between 4500 and 7000 MPa.
The OMT401 matrix illustrated in the photo was developed for compacting and forming cylinders of rectangular zirconia nanoparticles.
Housing dimensions: 15.5 x 40 mm
The matrices are also custom-made according to the dimensions requested by the researcher.
