Código: OD52 GPThis is Odeme's fifth generation of microtensile devices. This device uses the best features of the previous versions, with a new concept for mounting and positioning the specimens.
The specimens are placed in plastic matrices (JIG 2), designed with a central groove to ensure precise alignment, as well as a circular recess designed to ensure that the glue covers the entire specimen, increasing its retention in the compartment.
Technical features:
- Metal templates help to prepare the specimens and ensure that the adhesive interface is free of residue.
- Used for testing dental materials, especially adhesive materials used in dental restorations, in order to determine tensile strength.
- Adaptable to any universal testing machine.
- For use with JIG 2 plastic supports: OC12.
- Manufacturing material: green anodized aluminum and stainless steel.
- Very low friction coefficient between the test components, guaranteeing an accurate and regular test.
- It has an anti-impact system to prevent the device from colliding with the load cell during the test setup, ensuring greater durability and ease in the initial stages of the test.
